  1. Thank you, Howard. I am also doing the incremental approach, ie still not vegetarian, and not trying to do the electric current switch over.
I am doing those 3 Qigong exercises, but also want to recommend highly that the Jin Shin "Jumper Cables" be added to the starter list. Pretty simple and I can usually feel a calming change when I do that at a time where there is fizzy buzzing in my arms.
I also am doing the chanting at least 2X per day, but not following it up with the energy exercise for un-crossing the wiring. Have not gotten Dr Sha book yet, and wonder if the chanting by itself is still valuable. (I enjoy doing it.)
Streaming gratitude to you every day.

  2. You are welcome. And thank you for sharing your experiences. I am certain you will help serve as a guide to others going down a similar path. And, yes, the chanting is valuable all by itself. If you enjoy doing it, keep it up. Parkinson's has few joyful moments, and we all could stand to have some extra joyful moments in our lives. Thanks!

  3. I've been on a recovery path since August of 2007, every day, slow and steady. In July of 2010 my balance and mobility started to return. Prior to that much anticipated moment, I trusted that I would recover. I'm still recovering, slow and steady. Believe. Practice patience just like Howard advises.
